I Heart Cables...

I heart cables

As the weather is changing I'm starting to think about Winter & knitting through my wool stash. The I Heart Cables pattern knitted up super fast in Bendigo Luxury 10 ply & is so snuggly.

I knitted the child's size, but it fits me comfortably, although I don't look this cute in it. The earflaps need blocking to get them to sit flat, but now that it's being worn I don't think that will be happening.

I heart cables

As an aside, it's getting harder & harder to get the kids to willingly pose for photos. After much negotiation Willow allowed me to take 10 shots (which she counted) before our little photo shoot was over- the pressure! All the details are on Ravelry.

Please take it as a compliment that when I first saw that photo I thought that gorgeous beanie was store brought! It looks so professional, neat and lovely. And your little one looks so sweet in it. I have often commented that Emerson can wear things that I can't and look cute while doing so - eg. candy striped overalls, floral bonnets, onesies with feet. :)

The cabled hat is beautiful and your daughter looks so wonderful in it. Yes the bribery rises with each finished object that needs a pic!
