At Sixes & Sevens...

Today I...

Put a load of washing on the line just in time to get rained on.

Pulled all the kids clothes out of their wardrobe & draws to sort through & left them sitting in a heap.

Took about 10* different types of vitamins in an attempt to alleviate a sore throat.

Stood up two beautiful friends.

Realised that we were out of apples (Willow's food of choice) & that the market is closed.

At Sixes & Sevens

I also had a bit of an epiphany.

For the last few years I have thought that my little crafting dalliances were a bit of fun & indulgence but I have recently realised that crafting is something that I need for my equilibrium. So I have to set about finding some balance & hopefully I will have some creations to share with you soon.

* This figure is greatly exaggerated.

** Yeah but those vitamin supplement whatsits are always the size of horse tablets, so let’s just stay with ten.

With all this busy going on, Mrs, maybe you need to start learning to knit while walking? (front of housing?!)...

Yep. I think crafting is the meditation or medicine of choice for lots of us.

And *exhale* ... I want you to have crafty time (like, really really I do) but just know your photos are crafty excellence in and of themselves ;)

p.s I have a niggling sore throat too and it sucks doesn't it!?
