Round & Round We Go...

Well, it's been one of those weeks & certainly not a creative one. After everyone took turns being sick, our dishwasher died & I have spent a week on hold to a major phone company in a vain attempt to get them to connect the phone lines for our new business*- and these are just the highlights of the week! All my to do lists (creative &otherwise) are so long it's simple overwhelming.

Patchy

Here is what I am working on this week, (when not listening to elevator music) some scrappy patchwork. Like the rest of the week it isn't working out as planned, but unlike attempt numbers one & two, it has avoided the bin...

Patchy

so far.

*More on that another day...

Oh man! When our dishwasher died a part of me died too! I feel your pain.

Good luck with the elevator music mob. And look forward to hearing about your new business xox

That asterix whatsit looks VERRRRRY interesting. And it goes without saying that the blocks are beautifully shot and artfully arranged and will be sublime. But right now I'm just distracted by the asterix.

Delicate looking fabrics. This will be very nice when completed. Darn those telcos! Why do they have to be so incompetent and unfriendly!? x

You are a terrible tease! Our ducted heating died last weekend - does that make you feel a little better?!

That is a gorgeous color combo. Good luck with everything looking up. This quilt ought to turn out well at any rate.

The colors and patterns together are so beautiful! You have an incredible eye for design. I especially love the skeleton key fabric - too cute.
