This is a great idea. Thank you for sharing. I have found that becoming a first time mum this year a lot of old thoughts and feelings of childhood are returning. I am experiencing first times all over again through my daughter's eyes. The old Xmas tree from my own childhood has come out of the box after a ten year hiatus. The spirit for everything has surely returned.
What a good idea, to whip up a festive cushion cover.
I can do that in the time I have between now and the big day.
Lots of my Christmas projects are too time consuming, so I never get around to them, but I have lots of Chrissy fabric I could use for a cushion cover.
A cushion cover also takes up very little space for the rest of the year.
