I love chocolate. My love of the stuff is my achilles heel.
One of my favourite quick fix desserts is vanilla ice cream & home made chocolate sauce. Admittedly, chocolate sauce is one of the few things that I can 'cook' & I was thinking recently that it would make a good gift, I just need to work out a way to package it up.
This is a test run using a recycled glass juice bottle. So far, so good. Just take off the lid, zap it in the microwave & pour a generous amount of the warm sauce onto homemade or store bought vanilla ice cream.
