(Almost) Free Stuff...

Ryder has his last day of kinder today, he is super excited to be 'on holidays' because he seams to be of the mistaken belief that this means the we are all going on a holiday. It will be a sad, sad day when the penny drops...

Drawing

I got a lovely surprise today when I picked Ryder up from kinder today as the teachers had divided up all the extra craft & stationary supplies for all the kids to take home. Ryder got a sketchbook, a pair of scissors, a stapler, 2 packs of textas, 1 packet of crayons, a pencil, a roll of sticky tape & a roll of masking tape! I'm not sure who was more excited, Ryder or me. The best part is that I get a moment of peace as Ryder fills up his new sketchbook.

School has broken up early for you - my kids still have two more weeks. Hope the art supplies keep you little guy entertained for a while :) Love your boxy pouch - looks awesome in the linen and ginseng. I am sure the teacher was delighted!!

I love free stuff. There is nothing quite like the giddiness I feel when I find deals and such. Have fun drawing up a storm!

I smiled at the bit about "going on a holiday". Last kindergarten holidays my 3yo also thought we were going somewhere ... he kept asking when we were packing our bags to go to the snow. I think I might need to get a few sketchbooks for the summer break!
