Invitations...

Oh dear! Oh dear! I'm late!

Invitations & Envelopes

I had planned on sending out these invitations weeks ago, having a child who has a mid-December birthday isn't great when it comes to planning a birthday party. Anyway, we always make such a fuss for Ryder's birthday & since we went very low key last year for Willow this year we are putting in a bit more effort.

In case you can't guess we are having a bit of a tea party for Lo & so the invites are inspired by my all time favourite book. I made the hearts on the envelopes by using a heart shaped paper punch & then gluing red paper to the back of the envelope flap, fancy!

My homework tonight is to address them all so they can go in the post tomorrow & then I can cross one thing off my growing to do list...

Well, well, well, aren't you a clever mama? Such gorgeous invites. I can imagine when she's all grown up, the fondness for looking back on these beauties. I bet she'll have a real collection.

These are so so so sweet!! Lo is a lucky little girl.

My birthday is Dec. 22, so I know how it goes with the holiday rush and all.

So so sweet. I've been bad at getting to the post office too (some sickness in the house). Sorry! Will post your giveaway tomorrow, promise!

I love those invites! That is such a cute idea, and I'm sure your daughter will always remember it... My mom did a Wizard of Oz birthday party for me and my sister when we were younger, and I'll never forget it!
