On My Desk...

I try to stop my craftiness mess from spreading throughout the house, covering all available surfaces & of course out of reach of the small people. My new home for current crafty endeavours in in a large bowl which make it easy to move out of reach of the kidlettes. Inside today is my never ending embroidery project, an attempt at some smocking, a tape measure, some envelopes & mail stamps, my selvedge scarf from Jodie (check out the wrapping here) & of course my general mess!

On My Desk

I love the selvedge & smocking textures together.

Isn't it amazing how everything in your bowl looks fabulous as a collection. It could be a photo in an interiors magazine.

Oh oh oh you won a selvedge scarf! How fantastic. The smocking looks great. It is something that I've been meaning to do for years but have never managed to get to. It's really beautiful.
