Kiddlettes Who Lunch...

Eating Honeycomb

I think today was a first.

Dough Girl

We sat down as a family, at a restaurant & had a civilised lunch. No one threw a tantrum, got out of their chair, spilt their drink, squealed, shouted or created an kind of a nuisance.

Dough Boy

Instead we all sat, ate & chatted. The kids played with some pizza dough & even shared their meals with each other. I actually felt relaxed & enjoyed eating my lunch, I didn't even have to rush! I hope this is a sign of things to come as the kids get older, I could get used to this!

This looks like a lovely day out. Where were you, the kids look like they are having a fabulous time together. My 2 have just started to get to the liking each other age (only for short periods of time htough mind you)

So true - it's hard to take the little people out to lunch! Is that the Stokehouse? Great place, nice pizza!

Lo's Red gingham dress looks perfect for an outing to an Italian restuarant!! Any restuarant that gives the kids dough to play with is on to a winning idea.

Yay on being able to sit down and enjoy your meal. For me, it gets better as the kids get older so hopefully it would be the same for you too.

ooohh, sounds so civilised!! lucky you. I've tried it once at The Stoke and ended up outside on the beach the whole time...not relaxing. Still don't think I could try again for another year!
