Quick Fix...

A while ago when I had a freak out about toxic baby bottles & switched to glass which has been great, however there have been some casualties. I have been meaning to make some kind of covers for the bottles to protect them, but until now it has remained on my 'to do' list. I think this project took me 5 minutes start to finish, & it probably would have been quicker if I wasn't dealing with a stretch fabric!

Bottle Cover

This little 'bottle sock' is simply a square & circle of cotton Lycra, plus a loop of ribbon so that if were were out & about I could fashion up a makeshift bungee cord to save the bottle from hitting the pavement. I think it looks rather cool.

I *love* it !!!

I commented over at flickr, so had to come see if you'd explained it here. The only thing I want to know is, do busy kid-hands remove the cover ?
