The Postman Brings Me Fabric...

Today the postman was very, very kind. Two packages of beautiful fabric & not a bill in sight! Firstly a beautiful bundle of Liberty fabric arrived from Kristine who makes who's clothing label Townmouse makes classic kid's clothes, the coats in particular are to die for. I think that this one is my favourite.
Secondly I received a pack of Japanese fabric pack from GRYB's etsy shop. She makes gorgeous cards from Japanese fabric & sells bundles of the offcuts in her etsy store, they are perfect for quilting & the fabrics are so beautiful. She was even kind enough to throw in a couple of cards too.
Finally, I have been playing around with the hexagons again & trying to work out how I should sew them together... Should there be a pattern, or should it be random? I can't really decide. I do like the colour combinations thought & god knows I do like spots!
PS please excuse the shadows, I was trying to catch the last of the afternoon sun, not the best time for pics...

I just cut out a heap of squares for a quilt and realised that they were mostly spots!! Love the Libertys - nothing beats them really!

I love the colour combination in the hexagons, I am a huge fan of orange. I am also a huge fan of randomness.
