Easter Sewing...

With Easter coming up I have a couple of new sewing projects in the works. The 1st one is to make little bunny's to hide for the kids on Sunday & I thought that this pattern from My Little Mochi looked pretty cute.
I varied the pattern slightly, enlarging it, giving them little arms & a pocket at the front so that you could slip a little note in. It was nice to finally do a project with this gorgeous Japanese hedgehog trim from Patchwork on Central Park. The red one is for Ryder & the floral one is for Lo.

Such a gorgeous easter pressie. Your bunny is a lot more generous that ours. Lucky Ryder & Willow.

Love your bunnies - I have used that pattern as well but I love how you put in a pocket - it would be great for a secret message. The trim you used with the hedgehogs was especially cute!
